My name is Lisa and I am originally from the south of France. My oldest daughter’s name is Margaux, I am in love with her name as it represents so many things to me. Of course, my first born daughter but also great Cheese & Wine.

After running a restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip for 16 years for a French celebrity Chef, I decided since I loved entertaining so much I wanted to help everyone to WOW their guests for their gatherings.

Offering Charcuterie cheese boxes and trays as well as Brie Charcuterie cake is sure to be the center piece. Pairing the small bites with some great wine will turn any small of big gathering into a fabulous night.
